To get spiritual guidance, one has to be open to it. Everyone can be open and to reinforce their intuition, while some of them already have a spiritual gift waiting to be found. Here we look at the five signs showing / meaning you have a spiritual gift.

1. Having visions that come true often. Some visions may come in the form of a picture that appears randomly in your mind or maybe a strong feeling that you get when you speak to someone or maybe a recurring dream. If your visions always come true, then you have a spiritual gift that is a pretty tell-tale sign.

At the same time empathy can be both a gift and a curse. Empaths feel the people around them feel like they’re their own. If you always find yourself waking up between 3-4 a.m often, then it isn’t a bathroom break. This hour is known as the ‘devils hour’ or ‘spiritual hour’. 1:Okra leaves

Years ago when it was revealed that the town of igbo-ora, Oyo state, Nigeria was the twin capital of the world, the locals disclosed one of the secrets of multiple birth. Okra leaves, locally known as ewe ilasa is capable of making women who use it in their diet give birth to twins.

2:Yam

Health experts says yam do stimulate one’s ovaries, thus increasing chances of multiple births. Around yoruba land, fertility experts says a possible explanation for the high incidence of multiple births in the area could lie in the consumption of a specific type of yam containing a natural phytoestrogen which is thought to stimulate a woman’s ovaries to release eggs from each side.In igbo-ora, the diet of locals is rich in yams and has contributed to a twin rate four times higher than the global world.

3:cassava

During ovulation most women release one egg and twins are possible if the egg splits into two after ferterlization, some studies have shown that eating cassava, a plant with tuber root may help women release more than an egg during ovulation leading to more babies. However the twins may not be identical but fraternal as two eggs gets ferterlized. The diet of the Yoruba people is also rich in cassava.

4:pineapples

Yams and cassava may not be your thing.Luckily vegetables and fruits, particularly pineapples can give you twins. Women who would like to welcome two bundles of joy are being urged to include the core of the pineapple fruit in their diet. The presence of Bromelin , which is a type of protein in pineapples helps with ovulation and ferterlization.

5:Beans and grains

Eating alot of beans and grains increases your chance of having twin babies because such foods are a great source of complex carbohydrates.Carbohydrates are Fibre-rich and lower in sugar than their counter parts, simple carbohydrates. A diet rich complex carbohydrates do not only prevents birth defects in babies but are alternatives to a woman who would want to have twins.

6:Milk

Consuming milk and other diary products could increase a woman’s chance of having twins says health experts. A recent study in the journal of reproductive medicine found that women who consume more dairy and dairy derivatives are five times more likely to have twin babies in comparison to women who drink lesser milk or consume lesser dairy products. The study also suggested that animal products foodstuffs, particularly,dairy foods could boost the production of a protein called insulin like growth factor(IGF) in women. In other words, when one can consume more milk, their ovaries, may release more eggs, so that two are more likely to be ferterlized at the same time. The protein called insulin like growth factor is found in cows milk and can also be obtained from other animal product.

How are you?

I’m fine, thank you.

“How are you?” These are the three most useless words in the world of communication. The person asking doesn’t really want to know, and the person responding doesn’t tell the truth.

We have been taught by our teachers that this is the appropriate way to greet. Even when you don’t feel like it, you should still mutter “I’m fine, thank you”.

But today, I’m telling you to stop this routine, it’s overwhelming.

For instance, imagine you have a problem which you wish to share with someone, but none seems to be asking the right question. Only “how are you”, you keep hearing from hundreds of people you came in contact with, how then will you relate your problem.

There are better and smart ways to elicit answers from people about their well being without the usual “how are you?”.

How have you been?

What’s sizzling?

How was your day?

How are you doing?

What new ideas are you giving your energy?

What’s good in the hood?

What’s going on?

How do you do?

What’s the excitement about?

You all right?

These are the right questions that will definitely elicit response from the addressee rather than “I’m fine, thank you”.

Furthermore, those that fancy asking, “how was your night?” Please stop it. Try to alternate it with the following words:

Hope your night was great?

Hope you had a pleasant night rest?

Hope your night was blissful?….

Elizabeth Benson is a veteran Nollywood actress, television personality and philanthropist. She began acting when she was just 5 years old. In 2009 she married a man who is a Bishop at the Rainbow Christian Assembly in Warri, Delta State and was ordained as an evangelist. Liz and her husband pioneer the affairs of the church together.

4.  ZACK ORJI

Zack Orji is a Nigerian actor, director, filmmaker and movie producer. He came to spotlight in 1991 in a movie titled Unforgiven Sin. He was the President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, AGN. Zack is popular for his role as a Pastor in Nollywood movies. So it wasn’t a surprise when he got born again and became a pastor. He was later ordained as a full-time evangelist at the Christian Central Chapel International (CCCI). He is now actively into evangelical activities all over Nigeria.

5. EUCHERIA ANUNOBI

Eucheria Anunobi is a Nigerian actress and movie producer famous for her high class role in a movie titled Glamour Girls and Abuja Connection. She however took the world by surprise when she gave her life to Christ. She stated that being a pastor doesn’t stop her from promiscuous roles. She became an ordained evangelist on 5th February 2012. She was ordained at the Fresh Oil Ministry Church, Egbeda, Lagos State by Pastor Psalm Okpe. She counsels youth in the church and travels spreading the word of God.

6. MAJID MICHEL

Majid Michelis a Ghanaian actor. He made his Nigerian Nollywood debut in the 2009 romantic drama, Emerald, playing a leading role alongside Genevieve Nnaji. Majid is a born-again Christian. He is one the artist in this list to merge both acting and evangelism. Unlike his other Nollywood counterparts that quit acting completely after given their life to Christ, Majid Michel still acts but very selective with roles. On 4 October 2016, he was a guest minister at a local church where he shared the word and performed deliverance on people.

7. PATRICK UCHENNA ATTAH

Patrick Uchenna Attah is a Nigerian actor, producer, director, television personality, a music star, model and a philanthropist. He is known for his lover roles in movies like Glamour Girls. He rose to stardom in 1994. The actor lives in Hamburg, Germany. He is now an evangelist, though he doesn’t mount the pulpit. He is actively using his social media platform to deliver his sermon/messages to everyone.

Shock! as a 17 years old boy flee from home, after he reportedly impregnated his two sisters during the lockdown.

According to a Twitter lady, identified as Rose Berry, who shared the weird and thrilling story,the 17-year-old teenager impregnated his 15 and 13 years old sisters.

Rose Berry revealed that the 3 siblings were home alone throughout the lockdown that lasted for five weeks in South Africa as their mom was an essential worker.

And the boy unable to control his appetite for sex, began to sleep with his siblings…

“This 17 years old boy impregnated his two younger sisters Their mom is an essential worker so she was working so they started sleeping together since lockdown. “Mommy saw the 15 y/o has pregnancy symptoms then investigated only to find out the father is her son to add the 13 y/o is also pregnant.
