Coming to the fact that Nollywood actors/actress don’t earn as much as we think they earn. Couple with the fact that there is no certainty to when one will be called for a movie role, and sometimes they might end up acting only 5 movies in a year, with earning not much to feed their family.
Some people look for legit means to make money while on the other hand, some people choose to do illegal things just to make quick money. Unfortunately for this Nollywood actor known as Uche Odoputa, who is a Nigerian actor and television personality. He chose the wrong direction of drug trafficking which costed him all his properties. He lost everything he had.
In 2007, Uche Odoputa was arrested by The Nigeria Drug Law Enforcement Agency(NDLEA) for drug trafficking and was jailed for two years and three weeks. He lost everything he had including friends.
But in life, no condition is permanent, after 13 years of his arrest, he is back to his feet and doing pretty well in his career as an actor. Based on Nollywood standard, he has acted and directed a lot of movies.
Looking at his pictures after 13 years that he was arrested for carrying drugs, you could tell that his condition is very okay.
No condition is permanent that is one thing we should have at the back of our mind. We might be facing difficulties now but with hard work and determination God will see that your condition change for good.
