A Facebook user on Sunday, shared a picture of Akobi crescent in Surulere where dirts filled the entire area as a result of the Saturday’s rain.

He wrote,”This is Akobi Crescent, Surulere. After yesterday’s little rain. Mega eyesore in a “Mega City”. Birch Freeman High School isn’t far from this location. Lagos State Ministry of Environment pls note.”

This has become a yearly thing with houses getting flooded with water and dirts of all types.

It is hoped that the State government and all stakeholders do something to reduce the flooding this year and make Lagos a true mega city it claims.
