Medically and scientifically, the amount of eggs your mother had are the same amount you’ll have, and the number of eggs decades as you get older and about age fifty and sixty, you’ll scarcely have any eggs remaining, this is when menopause kicks in.

Naturally, if you don’t ovulate you can’t get pregnant.

What is ovulation

Out of all the eggs we give off every month , there is only one egg that gets mature and its only mature eggs that are capable of producing children when fertilized.

Imagine if out of ten to twenty eggs we give everything month, only one can produce a child.

Ovulation is like the secretion of that mature egg after it has waited so long to get fertilized.

Ovulation occurs fourteen days from the first day of your period.

But medically, ovulation does not occur in all women , you can try all several other pregnancy options like IVF.

If you ovulate normally, your fertile window (period when you can have sex to increase your chances of having children) is three to five days before ovulation and three to five days after ovulation or preferably on the ovulation ….day or the day after ovulation
